This session will cover the strengthened legal duty on employers to take ‘all reasonable steps’ to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, the introduction of employer liability for third-party harassment, and the wider legislative changes introduced in the last couple of years, including enhanced whistleblowing protections and the Worker Protection Act.
Victoria will also explain the policies, procedures, and operational changes needed to help your organisation meet its legal obligations, stay compliant with current and upcoming regulatory requirements, and protect your workforce.
