We are looking for a Partnership Co-ordinator to join the expanding team at oneHR.

Salary: Determined upon experience

Location: Hybrid working (Liverpool Head Office)

Directly responsible to: Partnership Manager

Summary of Partnership Co-ordinator role

The successful candidate will join an expanding partnership team to deliver exceptional client support to our partners.

oneHR delivers world class support to all clients and partners.  oneHR has grown significantly through its partnership channel and as such needs to ensure that each HR/H&S partner has a dedicated member of the team to support them and their clients that use oneHR. 

No previous experience is required, however, it is vital that the role holder is passionate about technology and making a difference. The vacancy is for a full-time position; however, we are happy to consider part-time positions. This could be suitable for final-year students looking for part-time work whilst still at university, with the opportunity to move to full-time after finishing their degree.

Responsibilities of Partnership Co-ordinator

  • To work with all of our HR and H&S partners across the UK, supporting them to onboard their clients and be their point of contact.
  • Schedule monthly meetings with partners to discuss their portfolio and identify any training needs/ feature updates etc.
  • Schedule quarterly meetings with Tier 1 clients and regularly evaluate and support their usage of oneHR/oneSAFE.
  • Work alongside the marketing co-ordinator to ensure world class resources are available at all times for partners and their end users (clients).
  • Regular completion of competitor analysis and feedback to development team/influence development roadmap.
  • Weekly review of user journey and feedback to development team.
  • Support during busy times on the help desk.
  • Confidently provide demos to partners/clients online.
  • To maintain oneHR’s client database (via CRM system), updating it on a daily basis to reflect partner activity and all communication with clients and prospective clients.
  • To meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed with Management.
  • To act as the Company’s ambassador and represent its best interests at all times.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Personable, confident, self-starting and well-organised.
  • No experience within HRIS is required as thorough training will be provided, however a passion for tech is a must.
  • Education to degree level (or equivalent), while not essential, is preferred.
  • Must be computer literate; a good working knowledge of MS Office is essential.
  • Good communicator internally and externally.
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills are essential along with good listening skills.
